11/8/2012 – Speaking with the dead

This weekend “Doc” Saul Ravencraft will be presenting at the “Showdown at Unobtainium” Steampunk event in Dale, Texas.  The event revolves around a fictional showdown between Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla.  Both Tesla and Edison explored the idea of technology to talk to spirits.  Of course, during this time there were many people who attempted to speak with the dead without the aid of any electrical gadgets.  Tune in as Saul and David Marsh discuss techniques for talking to the dead.

Catch the broadcast live at 8:30 PM Central Time and call in with your comments and questions. Each show is recorded so if you miss it you can hear the podcast.

More about Saul

“Doc” Saul Ravencraft has been interested in ghosts for years.  He has had personal encounters with various spirits in the Driskill Hotel of Austin and other locations.  He also leads ghost walks and helps curious people experience the mysteries of séance at Pioneer Farms (also in Austin).

In addition to his ghostly work, Saul provides paranormal entertainment for events, parties and individuals.  You can experience a private exhibition of his Cabinet of Curiosities, a theatrical tour of the weird world of mysterious artifacts.  He also tells fortunes using palms, cards and other techniques.  For the Steampunk event he is introducing his own form, the gear casting.
